The Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency on Sept. 22 approved Resolution number 2025‑9, which cancels and reschedules selected regular CRA meetings for 2026 to avoid conflicts with elections, federal and state holidays and staff travel to Tallahassee for the legislative session. Staff outlined that meetings normally held on second and fourth Mondays would shift in months with conflicts (March election, Memorial Day week, Labor Day week and December holidays); the agency amended the calendar as suggested and approved it on a 5–0 roll call.
Mr. Brown explained the proposed calendar adjustments were intended to ensure staff and council availability during legislative sessions and holidays. The resolution passed unanimously; the revised schedule will mirror similar motions at forthcoming city council meetings.
