Summary
The board approved a four-year MicroVote maintenance agreement at $15,000 per year and a three-year PSC Fiber Ethernet/Internet agreement (500 Mbps transport at $1,500/month and 250 Mbps internet at $800/month) after requiring county contract language be added; the Vialytics pavement-management demonstration was reviewed and the vendor asked to add county-required contract language before final decision.
Commissioner Chad A. Blessinger presented a MicroVote 2026 Infinity voting system annual maintenance agreement on March 2. The term covers Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2029 at $15,000 per year. A motion to approve the agreement was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
Blessinger and Auditor Sandra L. Morton also presented an Ethernet Transport & Internet Services Agreement with PSC Fiber for a three-year term. The service package described 500 Mbps Ethernet transport at $1,500 per month for each location and 250 Mbps symmetrical internet access at $800 per month. The commissioners approved the agreement contingent on adding the county's required contract language; the motion was carried unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting, Vialytics Sales Manager Slater Rush presented the Vialytics Road Management System, an AI-powered pavement and asset management tool. Rush said the annual cost for the county configuration would be $32,200 for coverage of 425 lane miles, two phones, six free user accounts and 25 additional user accounts. After the presentation, the consensus was to have Vialytics include the county's required contract language before a final decision is made.
The meeting minutes do not name motion makers or seconders; all recorded approvals were unanimous.
