Claiborne County authorizes pursuit of state 'Adventure Tourism District' designation

The resolution notes that certified districts can make certain qualified business enterprises eligible for state franchise and excise tax credits if those businesses create qualifying jobs under T.C.A. §67-4-2109. The resolution passed by roll call vote without recorded opposition.
