Siskiyou APCD elects officers, revises meeting schedule and approves small transfer

Valenzuela also moved and the board elected Nancy Ogren as vice chair; the motion was seconded by Director Kobseff and carried with the same recorded vote pattern.
Meeting schedule: Deputy County Clerk Wendy Winningham asked the board to clarify the District's regular meeting schedule under Resolution APCD 25-03. After discussion that included Chief Air Pollution Officer Jim Smith, the board adopted an amendment to set regular meetings on the third Tuesday in February, May, August and October. The minutes record the amendment as Resolution APCD 26-01 (see note on numbering below) and authorize the vice chair to sign.
Transfer of funds and minutes: The board adopted Resolution APCD 26-02 to transfer $257; Director Kobseff moved and Director Pat Vela seconded the motion. The board also approved the minutes of the Sept. 9, 2025 meeting as presented.
