PUTNAM COUNTY, Ga. — The Putnam County Planning & Development Board on Feb. 10 approved a 10-foot side-yard setback variance for property at 119A Blue Branch Drive, voting 3-0 to grant the request.
Member Shad Atkinson moved to approve the variance; Vice-Chairman Harold Jones seconded. Voting yea were Member Erickson, Vice-Chairman Harold Jones and Member Shad Atkinson. Chairman Charles Gray did not vote. The board approved a 10-foot variance measured from the right-side property line when facing the lake. The minutes record that staff recommended approval of the variance.
