At the close of its Dec. 2 meeting the Hudson City Council voted to enter an executive session to discuss several matters described in the motion: the lease of real property pending court action, employment and compensation of a public employee, and the appointment of a public official. The motion cited Hudson codified ordinance 220.05 and invited council, the mayor, the city solicitor and the city manager to attend the closed session.
Council President Byrd moved to enter executive session and the motion was seconded. Missus Wheeler conducted a roll call vote that recorded five yes votes and no opposition. Mayor Anzavino told the public that no further public business was anticipated after the executive session other than adjournment.
