City Manager Tom Sheridan summarized the staff proposal and renderings, saying the project would add a lift and stairs, expand the concrete plaza and include banding to match the clock tower. “If council approves of the plans that are in front of you tonight… this will go to our board in April,” Sheridan said during the presentation, noting options for banding and surface type.
