The Oro Valley Police Department completed its background check and reported no objections. "With that, staff is recommending approval," Standish said.
Councilmember Green moved to forward a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control; Councilmember Murphy seconded. The motion carried 7–0.
