Staff concluded the expanded tasting areas are compatible with surrounding commercial and industrial uses and recommended approval subject to standard conditions.
Petitioner Ellie Zacharitis and the brewery team were present and the board received one public card; no significant opposition was recorded in the transcript. A board member praised staff for a rapid turnaround in processing the amendment. The board voted unanimously to recommend approval and forwarded the conditional‑use amendment for city action.
