State inspectors identified on-site outdoor seating that had not been locally authorized; the local application now regularizes the patio, slightly expands interior tasting area square footage and adjusts weekend opening hours (staff proposed earlier weekend openings to accommodate industrial park usage patterns).
Parking and operations: Development staff said the property has 222 parking spaces and an updated shared‑parking analysis shows weekday peak demand of 191 spaces and a weekend peak of 86 spaces, which staff said is adequate for the brewery’s expanded use. Planning and Zoning recommended approval 5–0; the council approved the resolution 4–0.
