Fulton County authorizes two state probation grants totaling $63,800, acknowledges retention stipend plan

Bunch to sign the 2025–2026 Intermediate Punishment Treatment Grant for $35,000 and the 2025–2026 Continuing County Adult Probation/Parole Grant for $28,800; both motions passed unanimously.
The board also acknowledged a Retention Efforts Letter from Dan Miller that outlined implementing a stipend funded from a restricted portion of monthly supervision fees. The minutes state the restricted account would be administered so that funds could only be spent by the President Judge for the Adult Probation Department; the board formally acknowledged the proposal but did not record additional approvals or dollar calculations beyond the acknowledgment.
