Fulton County commissioners approved a 5‑year lease with Elect IT Solutions, a service agreement for IT staffing and support, and the procurement of a View Station for the Treasurer's Office at their Dec. 23 meeting.
Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions presented the lease proposal for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and an accompanying Statement of Work (SOW # ETM12042025-001) for IT staffing and support services. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute the five‑year lease at $250 per month, effective when the space becomes available; the motion carried with the board saying 'All in favor.' Commissioner Hann also moved to approve and execute the SOW for staffing and support; that motion passed as well.
Commissioner Bunch later moved to approve and execute a purchase from Amazon for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office in the amount of $784.22, a purchase the board also approved 'All in favor.' The lease and SOW are intended to formalize office space and IT support arrangements with Elect IT Solutions; the meeting packet did not list a start date for lease occupancy.
The decisions were unanimous among attending commissioners, and the county will proceed with contract execution and the equipment purchase.
