Fulton County commissioners approve $205,405 in payables, OK $270,000 NTIA payment and several vendor agreements

Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the accounts payable for Feb. 24, 2026, listing $118,593.19 to Fund 100 (General Fund) and a total of $205,405.27 across funds. The vote was unanimous. The board recorded specific fund amounts, including $37,673.00 to Fund 275 (Medical Assistance Transportation).
The board also approved several vendor invoices and contributions. Commissioner Wible moved to approve an Elect IT Solutions invoice for IT staffing and support services for March 2026 in the amount of $10,198.00; that motion carried. Commissioner Wible moved to approve the third installment CCAP PComp contribution of $5,575.00 toward a total pledged amount of $22,300.00; that motion also passed unanimously.
Commissioner Bunch moved and the board approved a Huntingdon County invoice for the remainder of the county's NTIA Project Contribution of $270,000.00, noting $90,000.00 had been paid previously. The commission recorded the motion as approved by all members present.
Other administrative approvals included a Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds to be submitted to PennDOT (approved on a motion by Commissioner Wible) and approval of the county's 2026 Compensation Plan for Services for Children, to be submitted to the state at the request of Services for Children Director Christine McQuade.
The meeting record shows Commissioner Bunch, Commissioner Wible and Commissioner Hann voted in favor of each motion; all motions were announced as "All in favor." No roll-call vote breakdown by name beyond the recorded movers was given in the transcript.
