For the Council Chambers audio-visual upgrade the board received two bids — CDAAS LLC at $114,821.38 and Associated Controls & Design at $102,879.83 — and voted to take the bids under advisement. The board also took multiple copier/fax-service proposals under advisement and received six bids for the Bridge 70 replacement project; commissioners again took those bids under advisement so staff can review responsiveness and award criteria.
