At about 6:31 p.m., board member Dr. Shawn Sette moved to remove the phrase "Perform livestock rectal palpation" from section $30-10-11.b.16 of the board's Chapter 30 regulations; Dr. George Seiler seconded. The minutes state the motion "did not pass," but do not include a roll-call or vote tally.
