She also described that staff would submit the final certificate of resources for 2025 and send the first estimated certificate of resources for 2026 to the Mahoning County Auditor as required.
Council also considered and passed a temporary appropriation ordinance and a motion to advance funds from the general fund to the OVI task-force grant fund for fiscal year 2026. The motions were presented by council members, seconded, and approved on roll call.
