Commission approves agenda and minutes, notes two old-business follow-ups

The Lincoln County Planning Commission opened its Oct. 14 meeting, approved the order of the agenda and the minutes from Aug. 12, 2025, and handled a brief set of old-business updates before adjourning at 5:51 p.m.
Commissioners approved the agenda on a roll call vote after Chair Brent Roggow opened the meeting. Commissioner Roger Merritt moved and Commissioner Chuck Boden seconded approval of the Aug. 12 minutes; the vote carried unanimously among members present.
Under old business, Merritt asked about the Fuqua Subdivision; County Planner Judy Clark said it had been forwarded to the Board of Commissioners as an administrative subdivision. Commissioner Aaron Edwards asked about an event center near Maxwell; Clark said a letter was re-sent and the county has received no response from the applicant or property owner.
Chair Roggow adjourned the meeting at 5:51 p.m. The minutes record no additional new-business items.
