AI traffic-management pilot: Council approved a resolution to pursue an AI-enabled traffic-management pilot on Brant Pike with Cyber Castle; staff described the pilot as a traffic-count and signal-optimization study and the council approved the resolution. Council members asked staff to report back on privacy and operational impacts.
