Russell also announced a blood drive hosted by the Huber Heights Fire Division on March 11 (3–7 p.m.) at Station 22 on Brant Pike.
On infrastructure, Russell said a Powell Road project to straighten a curve will require a closure that will run for approximately 11 weeks; homeowners will retain driveway access and Fishburn Road will serve as an alternate route during construction. He finished by encouraging residents to file required items online and to use posted QR codes and appointment options when available.
