Paragonah, Utah — The Paragonah Town Board voted Sept. 10 to adopt new application fees recommended by the Planning Commission: $25 for Lot Boundary Line Adjustments and $50 for Simple Lot Subdivisions.
Planning Commission Chair Nancy Dalton told the board that notices are no longer required to be published in a newspaper and are posted on the Utah Public Notice Website at no charge. Dalton presented the fee recommendation and the board discussed whether the proposed amounts would cover administrative costs such as notices; after discussion Marge Cipkar moved to adopt the fees and Todd Robinson seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The board did not provide a detailed fee schedule beyond the two amounts adopted. No effective date beyond the adoption at the Sept. 10 meeting was specified; the board indicated staff will implement the new fees moving forward.
The action was recorded in the meeting minutes and followed other routine business on the agenda.
