Pondera County declares equipment and vehicles surplus, schedules online auction

Commissioner Thomas A. Kuka moved to declare the listed property surplus and to proceed with an online public auction; Commissioner Zane Drishinski seconded and the motion passed on a 3–0 vote. The resolution cites Section 7-8-2211, Montana Code Annotated, as the county statutory authorization to sell or exchange county property.
