County approves public-health task orders and a school homecoming parade permit

"This contract is an amendment to our Healthy Montana Families task order which allows us to provide parents as teachers home visiting services and it's in the amount of $89,771," Bolton said. Bolton also presented a Title V maternal and child health block-grant task order change that funds the fetal‑infant‑mortality‑review team and other maternal/child objectives; the commission approved the requested change. The meeting record did not state an amount for that Title V task order.
The commission approved Amendment 1 to the PREP (Personal Responsibility Education Program) master agreement, adding $15,000 to support abstinence, contraception and STI‑prevention education for youth.
