Animal Shelter Director Theresa Hehe introduced new dog warden Donald Whittaker and noted a 'Care-a-van' spay/neuter clinic will be at the Road Department on March 17. EMS/EMA Director Mike Ratliff said an inspection on Feb. 23 found the county’s EMS vehicles to be among the best inspected and thanked employees for their work. Road Department Supervisor Gene Clayton provided an attached report and magistrates raised several road and cleanup concerns.
