County staff told the board they solicited local real estate firms directly and posted the request in the Chinook Observer; the county received only one proposal, that from Siler Home Group. The board approved the award by voice vote.
The award is subject to the contractor providing required insurance and to any standard contracting processes the county follows before executing the agreement.
