At its Jan. 21 meeting the City/County Planning Board began a section-by-section review of its bylaws with assistance from CAO Kurt Markegard. The board discussed what changes were needed and assigned a member to draft the revisions.
Ron Benner volunteered to document the changes and return a draft for the board’s review. Board members noted the draft will be reviewed by the City and County attorneys and may require formal approval by the Laurel Council and the County Commissioners before becoming effective.
