Ron Benner presented redlined updates to the Laurel‑Yellowstone City‑County Planning Board bylaws at the Feb. 18 meeting and noted a concern that Exhibit A (the jurisdictional boundaries map) may not reflect current boundaries. Several board members said they had not had an opportunity to review the updated draft.
Judy Goldsby moved to table the bylaws until board members could review the revisions and the current map; Richard Herr seconded. There was no public comment. The motion passed 8‑0.
The board will revisit the bylaws once members have reviewed the redlined draft and the current Exhibit A map.
