Laurel council adds seats to urban renewal agency, elects council president and vice president

The City Council of the City of Laurel unanimously adopted Ordinance No. O25-02 on Jan. 13, amending Title 20, Chapter 02 of the Laurel Municipal Code to add two seats to the Laurel Urban Renewal Agency (LURA) in order to accommodate recent state legislative changes requiring School District and County representation.
