Foster said the city received state applications and staff compiles city packets, then returns completed files to the Wyoming Liquor Division. She noted that out of 55 licenses one is renewing as nonoperational (Dragon Wall is under construction and hoped to reopen in January) and that the city has had no liquor-license citations this year; three 2024 citations were resolved.
Foster said the process is largely administrative and asked council if they had questions; none were raised beyond confirming anticipated opening estimates for the nonoperational license.
No council action was taken; renewals will move through the standard administrative review and licensing process with final approvals expected in December for issuance before January.
