Audit of draft articles and timeline (issues found)
Summary
Quality audit identifying potential issues to fix before finalization: inconsistent spelling for the developer group, an implausible economic-impact figure quoted by presenters, and limited first-name attribution for some city officials; revisions recommended.

I reviewed the draft timeline and articles against the meeting transcript and the Issues Rules. Identified items and recommended fixes follow.
1) Inconsistent/degraded spelling of the developer/consultant name in the transcript: the consultant/developer team appears in the transcript with multiple variants ("Tar and Frisbee," "Taran Frisbie," "Terra Frisbee"). Issue: potential misnaming across timeline and articles. Severity: medium. Fix: normalize to a single form for clarity and flag that spelling was inconsistent in the transcript; where possible, use the transcript form and note uncertainty.
2) Quantitative precision: the tourism presentation quoted "every single dollar that we spend, we generate a $109 in economic impact." Issue: figure appears implausible and may be a transcript error or shorthand; it should be presented as a presenter claim and flagged for verification. Severity: medium. Fix: Attribute the figure directly to the presenter and note that staff did not provide supporting backup during the meeting.
3) Speaker name completeness: several key staff are referred to by "Mr. Brown" without a first name in the transcript. Issue: inability to provide full names where not spoken. Severity: low. Fix: Retain the transcript style ("Mr. Brown") and list role/title (City Manager) rather than inventing a first name.
4) Consultant name normalization and attribution consistency: in articles the developer team is referenced multiple times; ensure one consistent spelling and include an editorial note about transcript inconsistency. Severity: medium. Fix: Use "Terra Frisbie Group" as normalized name in articles and note in clarifying_details that the transcript used multiple spellings.
No issues found for: spelling of 'Boca Raton' (consistent), attribution of public commenters (names provided), or omission of recorded votes (none recorded).
