The board voted unanimously to: approve the Feb. 17, 2026 meeting minutes; approve account payables dated Feb. 24, 2026 totaling $205,405.27 (funds broken out in the meeting record); table a travel request from Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller until his rescheduled March 3 appearance; approve and execute a Purchase of Service Agreement between Fulton County and Pressley Ridge (child welfare services) effective Feb. 11–June 30, 2026; approve an Elect IT Solutions invoice for March 2026 IT staffing and support services for $10,198.00; approve a CCAP PComp third-installment contribution of $5,575.00 (of a $22,300.00 total contribution); approve a letter of recommendation supporting MainStreet McConnellsburg’s application for a T‑Mobile Community Grant to modernize downtown street lighting; approve a Report of County Fee for Local Use to PennDOT; and approve an invoice from Huntingdon County for the remainder of an NTIA Project contribution for $270,000.00 (the record notes $90,000.00 was previously paid). The board also approved the 2026 Compensation Plan for Services for Children and a community electronics and appliance recycling event scheduled for March 18 and March 21 in McConnellsburg.
Most motions were made by Commissioners Bunch, Wible or Hann and recorded in the minutes as carried "All in favor." The meeting minutes do not record roll-call vote tallies beyond the recorded unanimous approval language.
