• Denied: Z2025‑076 (flagpoles at 1540 E. IH‑30) — denied with prejudice (4–0, two absent); Z2025‑077 (Huntington Properties PD at IH‑30/John King) — denied (5–0); Z2025‑079 (Gardner Land Holdings PD) — denied (3–2).
Several denied items will go to the City Council on Jan. 20; because they were denied by the commission a three‑quarter majority will be required at council to overturn those recommendations.
