Travis, Parks staff, said the subject property lies in Park District 21, adjacent to Gloria Williams Park, and recommended the fees be used for future amenities at that park. "Based on the staff recommends accepting cash in lieu land fees and pro rata equipment fees, the fees will be utilized to provide further amenities to Gloria Williams Park in the future," Travis said.
A board member moved to accept the fees; the motion was seconded and the board approved the payment and replat, 7–0.
