Bluff council leans toward waiving Bluff Community Center fees for local nonprofits, asks staff for formal policy

Council discussion framed BCC rentals as a community service rather than an enterprise fund; several members noted that charging below-cost rates could be used as in-kind match for grant applications. Collins was asked to draft a formal BCC Fee & Regulation Policy and to include the fee schedule in materials for the April 7 public hearing.
No vote or final fee decision occurred at the work session; the council will review the draft policy and consider fee schedule placement in the master fee schedule during the public hearing process.
