Fulton County commissioners approve $234,913 in bills; sign off on grant reports and contracts

The board — Commissioners Randy H. Bunch, Steven L. Wible and Hervey P. Hann — voted unanimously to approve the Jan. 20 minutes and the slate of payables dated Jan. 27, 2026, which totaled $234,913.72 across county funds (General Fund $145,851.38; 911 $30,555.07; Medical Assistance Transportation $27,752.25; Debt Service $14,148.95; and smaller funds). Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved the bills; all three commissioners voted in favor.
The vote came alongside a set of other financial approvals. The board retroactively authorized Commissioner Bunch to execute the ERAP 2 County Expenditure Certification Form for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program; approved an invoice from Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support for February 2026; and approved an invoice of $3,313.00 for the Fulton County Tax Collectors Blanket Bond through Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, submitted by insurance agent Robert Snyder.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved and the board approved the Election Integrity Grant Program Post‑Election Report for the 2025 municipal year, listing total expenditures of $84,443.55. The board also delegated signing authority for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement Contract Number C000095314 in the amount of $218,719.00 to HR Administrator Mary Huston, Commissioner Steven L. Wible and Commissioner Randy H. Bunch.
The board approved a renewal of Companion Life Insurance coverage for group term life and AD&D at the same per‑$1,000 rates as 2025, effective April 1, 2026.
