The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a five-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and signed a statement of work for IT staffing and support.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the lease, which the minutes record as $250 per month with no scheduled increases; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann seconded and the measure passed 'All in favor.' The approved statement of work is listed in the minutes as SOW # ETM12042025-001.
Elect IT Solutions representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer (via Zoom) presented the agreements and a quote for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office. Commissioner Bunch moved to purchase the View Station from Amazon for $784.22 based on the vendor quote submitted by Grissinger; that motion also passed unanimously among those present.
The lease and SOW were approved during regular session and will take effect when the space becomes available, according to the minutes. The board took these steps as part of routine procurement and staffing arrangements; no dissent or amendments to the lease terms are recorded in the minutes.
