Ecklund said she has filed a FOIA request for bus video and a detailed route explanation and that multiple families have reported similar problems on a parents' social page.
Chair (speaker 1) thanked Ecklund and said the board would ask the superintendent and district staff to investigate and arrange a discussion with her. The meeting record shows the chair asked staff to "look into it, figure out what happened and set up a discussion with you."
The board did not take formal action at the meeting; the district told Ecklund staff would follow up on her FOIA request and investigate the family’s concerns.
