Resolutions passed included approval of the Tax Incentive Review Council's findings regarding enterprise zone and community reinvestment area tax abatements for tax year 2025 (one commissioner abstained citing a prior business tie), authorization of Amendment No. 3 to the general services agreement with Stantec for the airport, authorization to pay a $10 late fee on the OmniFiber EMS account (with staff noting a move to credit-card payments to avoid future late fees), and approval of a release of mortgage for John R. Auler and Joan M. Aller on a revolving loan paid off previously.
