Oswego County Water Agency elects officers; temporary chair appointed to run elections

The meeting minutes record that James Weatherup was excused from the meeting but was nominated and elected to the chair position. The appointments were recorded as voice votes with "all in favor" noted; the minutes do not provide an individual roll-call vote tally.
