(Quote No. 60508627) for $15,862.37; Res. 31-2026 and Res. 32-2026 authorizing Recreation Passport and Natural Resources Trust Fund grant applications for the Bentley Park Pickleball and Tennis Court Project (each grant request up to $150,000) and committing $140,000 in local matching funds for a total project cost of $290,000; Res. 33-2026 adopting an updated right-of-way (ROW) tree list prioritizing native species; and affirmation of accounts payable ($2,252,022.24) and payroll ($807,684.88) registers for the period noted in the minutes.
The consent agenda was moved by Councilmember Christopher D. Owens and supported by Councilmember Rachel M. Osmer; the roll call vote was unanimous in favor. Councilmember Emily S. Olson thanked Assistant City Manager Fuller for work updating the approved ROW tree list.
Most consent items were routine authorizations or applications; the Bentley Park items commit the city to providing $140,000 in matching funds (to be drawn from specified Parks Millage and General Fund accounts during the 2027-28 fiscal year) if the grant applications are successful.
