County Administrator Jonathan Gaddy presented a slate of procurement, contractual and grant items during the Calhoun County Commission’s Aug. 14 meeting, and the commission approved each item by unanimous voice vote.
Gaddy asked the commission to reject a Park and Recreation material bid because of a clerical error; commissioners approved the rejection. He then presented a resolution awarding various Highway Department bids (Plantmix In‑Place; Plantmix F.O.B. Plant; aluminum sign blanks/finished; sign posts; bituminous surface treatment; crushed granite), which the commission approved unanimously.
