He described a process for reviewing proposals, inviting public input and negotiating an interim agreement that would allow a lead proposer to begin work while final terms are developed. "We received 2 unsolicited proposals and then set us on the stage where we are now in the process of accepting other interested proposals," Mayor Singer said.
