The Planning & Zoning Board unanimously approved a site‑plan amendment for a residential CIMD at 1150 Northwest Broken Sound Parkway. Staff planner Jacob Germen said the project would place a new seven‑story residential building with 287 units on the western portion of the 11.68‑acre site, provide 29 affordable units (10%) and 15 workforce units (5%), and relocate portions of a 10‑foot water easement.
Applicant representative David Millage presented the site plan, renderings and landscaping details, and confirmed sequencing and permitting matters; he noted one condition of approval requiring additional language if residential was constructed before the office building and said the team would work with staff to finalize that wording before council. No members of the public spoke on the item.
The board called the roll and approved the site plan by a 5–0 vote.
