Fulton County Commissioners voted Dec. 23 to approve a 5‑year lease and an IT services agreement with Elect IT Solutions and to purchase a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve a 5‑year lease between Elect IT Solutions and the County of Fulton for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250 per month, to take effect when the space becomes available; the motion carried. Hann also moved to approve SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services, which commissioners approved. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a quote from Amazon for a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office in the amount of $784.22; that motion also carried.
Elect IT Solutions representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer (participating via Zoom) presented the lease proposal, the staffing SOW and the equipment quote during a scheduled meeting with the board. The lease would commit the county to monthly rent of $250 and was approved to begin once the space is available; no escalation clause was recorded in the motion. The SOW identifier shown in the record is ETM12042025-001.
The approvals were recorded as routine business handled during the commissioners’ meeting; the county did not provide additional budgetary details or a funding source in the transcript. The measures advance planned updates to county IT operations and add a small, one‑time hardware purchase for the Treasurer’s Office.
Next steps: execution of the lease and SOW and procurement of the View Station as approved by the board.
