Fulton County commissioners approve $159,968.15 in payables and $126,747.73 payroll; sign insurance and CCAP items

Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026 totaling $126,747.73. The meeting record shows both motions carried unanimously.
