Fulton County commissioners authorize MATP allocations, approve $334,397.62 in accounts payable

At its Feb. 3 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners authorized Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) allocation letters for FY 2024–2025 and FY 2025–2026 and approved routine county payments. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann authorized Commissioner Steven L. Wible to execute MATP allocation letters for $464,875.00 (FY 2024–2025) and $491,875.00 (FY 2025–2026); the board approved the action unanimously.
The board also approved accounts payable dated Feb. 3 totaling $334,397.62. The minutes provide a fund-level breakdown: General Fund $96,661.78; Liquid Fuels $13.13; HSDF/HSBG $165,835.26; Law Library $724.96; 911 $44,792.44; Domestic Relations $352.92; Debt Service $26,017.13. Payroll dated Feb. 6, 2026, in the amount of $129,990.81 was approved separately.
Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve an invoice from Franklin County Fiscal for Fulton County court costs for the fourth quarter of 2025 in the amount of $38,819.27 (recorded as 10% of court wages and benefits); the invoice was approved.
Other routine administrative approvals included travel requests for Services for Children staff to attend a March conference and approval of a laptop quote for Jury Coordinator duties in Franklin County. The minutes show unanimous votes where recorded and do not list a recorded second for these motions.
