Domestic Relations Director Tina Gress presented a letter of retirement to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners at the March 3 meeting and said she plans to leave county service effective July 11, 2026.
Gress told commissioners she has worked "her entire life since a teenager," including stints at the Fulton County Newspaper and work as a Realtor. She also serves on the board of directors for the Fulton County Medical Center. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to regretfully accept her letter of retirement; the motion was approved by the board.
Commissioners thanked Gress for her years of service and noted her willingness to come in early to ease transition planning. The board did not record a replacement plan at the meeting; personnel steps to fill the role will follow county hiring procedures.
