Moody City Council unanimously approves contract, repairs, hires and program spending

Mayor Nick Rutledge called the Moody City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2026. During a meeting consisting mainly of consent and routine agenda items, council members voted unanimously on a series of motions covering departmental purchases, personnel actions, local infrastructure repairs and program funding.
