The board approved Order No. 61-26 appointing John A. Hamilton as Judge Pro Tempore for the Jackson County Justice Court. The appointment was included on the Consent Calendar; Commissioner Randy Sparacino moved to approve the consent items and Commissioner Rick Dyer seconded. Those who voted aye were Commissioners Sparacino and Dyer; Commissioner Colleen Roberts was recorded as absent.
