Sheriff Ken Davis introduced Dustin Lindley as the newest certified deputy to the Cloud County Board. Lindley graduated from the Law Enforcement Academy on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026; the Board recorded the introduction in the minutes.
Separately, Kendra Annon, Home Health Administrator, reported that the Home Health Department requires a full-time nurse to serve as co-administrator rather than the part-time position previously discussed. The minutes record the staffing request for future consideration but do not show a motion or budget action at this meeting.
These items were entered into the record under routine personnel updates; further action on Home Health staffing would require a subsequent agenda item and budget review.
