Boca Raton schedules special meeting on city attorney appointment; council highlights Mobility Week and Vision Zero kickoff

During council member reports, Councilmember Drucker clarified representation for the Palm Beach League of Cities and the iPARC, noting that iPARC meetings occur once a month in person in Palm Springs and that members must attend in person; she said the council may need to reassign representatives if current designees cannot meet the in-person requirement. Drucker also noted Mobility Week events and promoted a Vision Zero kickoff meeting Thursday at 6:00 PM and an online Vision Zero/mobility survey available at myboca.us.
Drucker described the Palm Beach League of Cities as a voting membership body and advised that the council confirm who will serve on iPARC if current designees cannot attend the monthly in-person meetings in Palm Springs.
The workshop concluded with the mayor adjourning at 5:45 PM.
